Hap loved to explore the magic of his Father’s darkroom, and more than once ruined negatives
when the light crept in with him while sneaking a peek.

He studied art in college but never felt satisfied in those studies and stretched his imagination
to cover the interests  he found in the real world. While Hap still paints and draws,
his favorite form of art has  always been the camera.

 Digital photography now supplies him with the best of all darkrooms – no chemicals,
and endless possibilities. The days of chemical solutions have been
replaced with Photoshop on his computer, but it is still magic.

Hap’s fascination with the world continues and he finds it full of inspiration.
His camera is always close at hand
to capture an unexpected moment in time.
